Pond Excavation
Over time ponds and lakes may fill with silt; this is an example of pond choked with silt. We have equipment suited to clear this type of build-up.
We are equipped with all the machinery and the expertise to carry out any pond or lake excavation. We also have expertise in building dams, culvers and bridges, call us for a site inspection.
We have a selection of long reach excavators which are well suited to pond clearance including a massive 15m+ reach to help make the job easier.
We have a fleet of rubber tracked high discharge power swivel tip dumpers. On these type of jobs it is generally necessary to lay steel track matts to avoid sinking into the mud.
Once the silt has been removed from the pond, the pond is allowed to refill and the final landscaping can then be carried out.
